1 Estimates

All estimates provided by Magnolia Outdoor Services are based on information available at the time of the estimate. Final pricing may vary if additional materials, labor, or repairs are required once work begins.

2 Scheduling

Service appointments will be scheduled based on availability. Customers will be notified in advance of their scheduled service date.

3 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Magnolia Outdoor Services accepts major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

4 Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a service fee.

5 Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area. Magnolia Outdoor Services is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access, locked gates, pets, or obstacles.

6 Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact Magnolia Outdoor Services within 48 hours so we can address the issue.

7 Liability

Magnolia Outdoor Services is insured for residential service work. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or conditions outside of our control.
